Can I see the design before designing?

Due to the handmade nature of our art, we do not offer previews prior to placing an order.However, you can contact us after placing your order and we will send you preview images once the designer has completed the design.

Estimation Time of Arrival：

All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we embroider that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted：

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

When the order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can track your package all the way.
